Please try again later. It's a bit unfair to review a how-to book before having an opportunity to see the fruitage that comes from applying the suggestions. I began reading it yesterday evening and finished reading today. Many of the tips I had already implemented. Yet, there were a handful eye openers no pun intended that quickly had to be put into place.
A few more involve long-term workflow modification. The concept of keyword optimized posts and tweets is an area I feel could have been expanded upon with more examples. Plenty of resources are given though. The first three quarters of the book can be applied to any business.
The last quarter is primarily geared toward the medical profession. Glasier has done a great job presenting comprehensive social media marketing research he has tested firsthand.
